Adolescence is the dawn of sexual attraction. It happens due to the hormonal changes of puberty. These changes involve both the body and the mind — so just thinking about someone attractive can cause physical arousal.
These new feelings can be intense, confusing, sometimes even overwhelming. Teens are starting to discover what it means to be attracted romantically and physically to others. And recognizing one's sexual orientation is part of that process.
What Is Sexual Orientation?
The term sexual orientation refers to the gender (that is, male or female) to which a person is attracted. There are several types of sexual orientation that are commonly described:
- Heterosexual (straight). People who are heterosexual are romantically and physically attracted to members of the opposite sex: males are attracted to females, and females are attracted to males. Heterosexuals are often called "straight."
- Homosexual (gay or lesbian). People who are homosexual are romantically and physically attracted to people of the equal sex: females are attracted to other females; males are attracted to other males. Homosexuals (whether male or female) are often called "gay.

Horrible representation
The same sex couples in this film are a horrible example. Every couple had an issue they were dealing with, which I know not every family is matchless, but why was every family shown as not having it together? This shows same sex parents in a very awful light and does the opposite to what the films intentions were.

Gender Basics
Children are not born knowing what it means to be a boy or a girl; they grasp it from their parents, older children and others around them. This knowledge process begins initial.
As soon as a doctor or other healthcare deliverer declares – based on observing the newborn’s external sex organs – “it’s a boy” or “it’s a girl,” the world around a child begins to teach these lessons. Whether it’s the sorting of blue clothes and pink clothes, “boys’ toys” and “girls’ toys” or telling young girls they’re “pretty” and boys they’re “strong.” It continues into puberty and adulthood as social expectations of masculine and feminine expression and action often become more rigid. But gender does not simply exist in those binary terms; gender is more of a spectrum, with all individuals expressing and identifying with varying degrees of both masculinity and femininity.

Gay Pakistan: Where sex is available and relationships are difficult
But life can be even more difficult for gay women. Expressions of female sexuality are shunned in the public sphere, even among heterosexuals. So how do gay women make their lives work?
In Lahore, twenty-something lesbian couple Beena and Fatima contain come up with an inventive way to reside together.
Beena, although not publicly "out", says she is optimistic about the future. "I think we'll hold a marriage of convenience. I know some same-sex attracted guys and maybe we'll do a deal so we put in cash together and they include one portion of the house and we'll hold another portion. We may as well do that."
Fatima, who contributes to an invitation-only online gay endorse group, believes it's only "a matter of time" before Pakistan begins to debate gay rights openly, and people declare their homosexuality with pride.
"You can't stay in the closet forever. You have to come out. It's inevitable," she says.
Beena is less hopeful.
"Gay rights in America came after women had basic rights. You don't see that in Pakistan. You are not allowed a difference
