About Us
“Culture eats approach for breakfast.”
This well-known quote, often attributed to the famous management consultant Peter Drucker, highlights a hard truth: even the best strategies can fail if a company’s identity is misaligned with its leadership’s vision.
At Breakfast Culture, we understand this dynamic. Many organizations spill resources into their strategic plans, marketing, and communications, only to encounter setbacks —negative publicity, reduced sales, or even declining stock production. The root cause? A corporate customs that hinders progress or fails to support the company’s goals.
We’re proud to bring a singular perspective and knowledge to the table. Breakfast Culture is a member of the Canadian Shadowy Chamber of Commerce (CBCC) and a certified diverse supplier with the Canadian Gay & Queer woman Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC) and the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) in the U.S. We are also graduates of the BMO Elevate Diverse Business Development Program (Class of 2023) and the EY Entrepreneur Access Network (Class of 2023).

The CBCC said even if homosexual acts are now legalised, it is not morally acceptable or justified.
While the decriminalisation of homosexual acts is likely to induce the legalisation of homosexual union, the church will continue to uphold the Biblical teachings that recognise, promote and protect marriage between men and women as the basis of the family and the primary cell of society, it stated.
The CBCC discussed the matter at its executive meeting held from October 18 to 19 and reaffirmed the Biblical and moral stay
