APIQ (Asian & Pacific Islander Queers)

APIQ (Asian & Pacific-Islander Queers) is a non-profit student corporation at UC Davis founded in 1999. Our mission is to provide a safe, confidential space for students who identify as both Asian and/or Pacific-Islander and within the LGBTQIA+ community. Many of our events are open to the people, regardless of ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, or age. We hope to enrich and educate all students in the UC Davis community who are interested in queer and Asian issues. APIQ holds a variety of meetings and events throughout the year such as socials, discussions, and workshops where we explore important topics appreciate identity, coming out, health, and politics. Queer and Trans Faculty and Staff Association (QTFSA)

The Queer and Trans Faculty and Staff Association (QTFSA) fosters a welcoming and supportive space for UC Davis employees committed to advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion, public presence, and community. Open to all faculty and staff, QTFSA promotes education, direction development, and institutional engagement to ensure that LGBTQIA+ experiences are recognized, cherished, and uplifted. The organization is open to all employees who support these goals.

Fostering Belonging and Noticeability Through QTFSA Participation

QTFSA is open to all UC Davis faculty and staff who support our mission. By participating, you connect a professional community assigned to strengthening inclusive customs, building campus-wide connections, and amplifying LGBTQIA+ perspectives in the workplace. Rainbow House 

Rainbow House is a community open to members and allies of the female homosexual, gay, bisexual and transgender community. Students in the society share an interest in personal enrichment in a shielded and supportive environment. Rainbow House promotes understanding about sexual orientation, gender individuality, and other differences to enhance students' leadership skills and multicultural awareness. A variety of programs, activities, and events will be offered to students living in Rainbow Property as an opportunity to explore their identity, learn about issues facing the LGBTIQ community, and become connected to supportive resources on campus.
